The wise 'builder' and the wise 'virgin', had the wisdom of God filling them. The wisdom of this world could not help the foolish ones. Christ is the Wisdom of God and Christ is the Power of God. We must be filled with Christ's divine nature to be ready for the coming of the Bridegroom. We must be filled with Christ. Christ must be fully formed in us.

Can a corrupt throne be allied with you— a throne that brings on misery by its decrees?

God is not saying that He is bringing all evil men to justice yet, but He certainly is going to bring every evil rule of men to justice, He is the greatest judge of men. All those who have equated their evil rule to God's throne, you better watch out. You have no fear of God at all. How can a corrupt throne be allied to God? For that is what the Devil had been advocating since the time of Adam and Eve. If misery for it's subjects and luxury for the throne to enjoy is the outcome of the laws and decrees of that throne, God has nothing to do with it! With God everything happens in the opposite direction. Suffering for the throne and blessing for the subjects of His Kingdom.

By justice a king gives a country stability, but those who are greedy for bribes tear it down.

Be it known to you that only when justice is practised in the land, will that land have stability. Stability comes from justice and not from human wisdom as many think. It is not how clever you are but in what you practise that stability will come. If you practise unfairness,unrighteousness and every evil under the sun, do not ever dream of stability coming to you. Your future will be very unstable. You will be shaken to the core and all you have tried to build will collapse suddenly.

The weather is just the weakness of God but imagine what devastation it leaves on earth.
Man cannot withstand the weakness of God. The strength of God is His love. His love is definitely stronger than the human love we see. Human love changes but His doesn't. Human strength tried their best to fight God's love, but the resurrection power of Jesus Christ showed that God's love is eternal. No matter how you oppose God's love with human strength, it will be victorious forever and ever.

They Fill You With False Hopes

This is what the LORD Almighty says: “Do not listen to what the prophets are prophesying to you; they fill you with false hopes. They speak visions from their own minds, not from the mouth of the LORD. They keep saying to those who despise me, ‘The LORD says: You will have peace.’ And to all who follow the stubbornness of their hearts they say, ‘No harm will come to you.’ But which of them has stood in the council of the LORD to see or to hear his word? Who has listened and heard his word?

The disobedient aren't the church. The church is made up of the Lord Jesus Christ's obedient children. All those who obey Christ are the church. If you do not obey Christ and all that He had commanded, then you aren't the church. If He says no to idolatry, then you should have nothing to do with idolatry. If you are still involved with anything related to idols, then you aren't the church. The same goes for all the commandments that He had given. Actually, by your own actions you despise the LORD when you do not obey all that He had commanded.

You may ask, what has our eyes got to do here? You see, God has to open your eyes in order for you to see Christ as He is. There are many who do not obey Christ because they do not see Him as He is. They might be those sitting next to you. You may claim you have the light in you but in practice you are still in the dark as to who you should obey- Christ or the sinful nature of the Devil in you. This is possible when you are deceived. However, as long as it is called 'today', you still have a chance from God so that He opens your eyes to make you see the Lord Jesus Christ as He is and be saved.

When the Lord Jesus Christ said to Peter, "Upon this rock I will built my church" He was referring to what Peter saw Jesus as and this would be useful for His obedience to Him. He said to Peter that upon the truth you see me as, my church will be built. Peter saw Jesus as "The Messiah, the Son of the living God". Peter's eyes were open by the heavenly Father to see Jesus our Lord as He is. We too will obey the Lord Jesus Christ and all that He had commanded us,only when we see Him as He really is. If we do not see Him as He is in God's sight, we would not obey Him. Now, The Lord knew that Peter's eyes were opened. Let me tell you, once your eyes are opened to see who Jesus Christ is actually, you too would obey all that He had commanded. Until then, you would be going on a 'merry-go-round' yourself. Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people.”Therefore, “Come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.” And, “I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.”

If you can't differentiate between light and darkness then you must be blind.If you can't understand that believers do not have anything in common with unbelievers, then, you do not know who Christ is actually.If you are not able to keep yourself clean from the corruption of this world, then why must you claim openly that you belong to Christ?
It is impossible to be in fellowship with those who cannot see Christ as you see Him. Fellowship means to share a table. What table? If you cannot share the Lord's supper table with someone, how can you share your life with Him? If you do that, it will be better if you do not partake of the Lord's table in the first place. Touch no unclean thing!

The Seventy Years Must be Fulfilled

They themselves will be enslaved by many nations and great kings; I will repay them according to their deeds and the work of their hands.”

You may ask, why 'seventy years'? Why not thirty or fifty years? We must realise that God sets the time for everything. He knows when everything will be fulfilled according to His purpose and plan. We may think that forty years would be enough as it was in the wilderness when Moses led the people of God. Here, God says seventy years would be enough to cause my people to return to me. God's obejctive is always to make His people return to Him by obeying all that He had commanded. After my people have genuinely repented, He says, I will punish the one who brought this suffering upon them. Nebchadnezzar knew who Daniel's God was but never bothered to obey Him. Yes, Nebuchadnezzar was at one time amazed by the power and authority displayed by Daniel's God but he did not obey Daniel's God as Daniel had. Instead, he continued with his sinful liviing through idolatry, personal pride and arrogance. Being amazed at God's power is one thing and obeying Him is another. Many of us are amazed by what God could do on earth but we still do not obey Him.

The power is not in the sword of men. Using the weapons of this world will only invite more trouble for all men. God's way is not like man's way of dealing with all the affairs of man. God's way is found in God's word. God's Word is Jesus Christ His Son. God's way is in His beloved Son. God's eternal way is fulfilled in His Son. The Lord Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life of God. These many aspects of the divine nature of Christ must be formed in you. But, how can these be formed in you, if you do not obey His word. You must obey Christ in order that Christformation occurs in you.

Having Two Differing Measures in Your House

Do not have two differing weights in your bag—one heavy, one light. Do not have two differing measures in your house—one large, one small. You must have accurate and honest weights and measures, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you. For the LORD your God detests anyone who does these things, anyone who deals dishonestly.

You should put your house in order pertaining to honesty and justice first and everything else should follow. Do not have a differing measure between one and the other. Do not practice double standards, in other words. Put your house in order!

If you deal dishonestly with those outside your influence or family, watch it! There is a God who deals all matters related to man with honesty and justice. He will act justly against you soon! Dishonesty will amount to cheating and cheating will amount to displeasure to the LORD where He will unleash His wrath on you.

No, do not ever think you could do magic before the eyes of others and get away with it. Not so easily with the LORD who weighs every actions of man justly. He will pay back all those who have cheated and have been cheated of their honest living. The LORD our God is fair and just and there is no one as strong as Him.

Wounded from Day One but, Raised on the Third.

But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.

The Lord Jesus Christ was wounded for our sins from day one on this earth but on the third day, He showed us clearly why He was wounded for us.The third day here refers to His resurrection power. Through His resurrection power, we learn that there is no more death for those who believe and obey Him. That He fills us with His eternal life through Christformation.

The world did not know who Jesus Christ was. If it did, it would not have done what it did to Him. They could only see Him as just another ordinary human being but not as the Promised One. To be able to see and receive Him as the Promised One, God the Father has to open one's eyes. He was wounded by evil men and women in this world from the start because they were blind to the things of God. They could not see what God was doing before their very eyes. If they could see Him as He was revealed, then they would have believed and received Him as many others did.

God the Father's intention of sending The Lord Jesus Christ into this world is for His best purpose and will but evil men turned it into something bad through their false accusations of Christ. They twisted and turned a good purpose into a bad one to suit their own evil desires.Not for long though. They were all made to look like fools when the Lord Jesus Christ rose from the dead on the third day. They still appear to be like fools after two thousand years or so now.

As You Have Done, It Will Be Done To You

No one escapes from the coming judgment of the LORD. Whatever evil you have done on earth it will be returned upon your own head, meaning you would have to face the consequences of your own actions. They will return to you someday and haunt you with endless retribution.

All the evil schemes of the Evil one have been around for a long time now. For the past six thousand years or so, the LORD has known and dealt with them time and again, but they will come to an end soon.

If you have been wilfully evil, your day of annihilation from earth for eternity will surely come suddenly. God is still in control of the affairs of man and this we learn when the trouble that sin brings recoils on the person who causes the sin.

Evil will be defeated. We are talking about nations here. Nations will be defeated for all the evil they do. The day of the LORD is near for all nations. Judgment is coming soon from the LORD. When every wickedness is judged by the LORD, many will turn to the LORD JESUS CHRIST for He is the Righteousness of God. There is none other.

The New Way of The Spirit

For when we were controlled by the sinful nature,the sinful passions aroused by the law were at work in our bodies, so that we bore fruit for death.But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code. What shall we say, then? Is the law sin? Certainly not! Indeed I would not have known what sin was except through the law. For I would not have known what coveting really was if the law had not said, “Do not covet.”

You have to die to what binds you before you can be released from the law. What binds you is the sinful nature of the Devil that was sown in you through the deception of the Devil upon Adam and Eve. We can break free from pleasing the sinful nature of the Devil in us by putting it to death. You cannot put it to death by your own strength and power.

You can only do this by obeying God the Holy Spirit in you. I'm sure that there is a raging battle going on in you. This is where God the Holy Spirit turns into God's holy fire in you. He burns up the chaff in you when you strictly obey all that Christ had commanded. The Devil will have no hold over you from then on. The Devil will find that you have found someone else to obey and no more the sinful nature that he had deceptively put in you.

You will be on your way to total victory over the sinful nature in you. The Devil will still keep trying so that you will submit to him but you must keep on obeying God the Holy Spirit. God the Holy Spirit will lead you towards full Christformation in you as you put to death the evil passions and desires of the sinful nature in you. You will find obeying all that Christ had commanded to be more attractive and eternally rewarding when you obey God the Holy Spirit in you. You will reject the pleasing of the sinful nature in you.

The people were waiting expectantly and were all wondering in their hearts if John might possibly be the Christ. John answered them all, “I baptize you with water. The new way of the Spirit comes from the Shepherd of our souls. He cleanses, clears and will burn up the sinful nature of the Devil forever with unquenchable fire. By the power of God's Spirit, Christformation will occur in us.

The Greatest Prophet of All Times

The nations you will dispossess listen to those who practise sorcery or divination. But as for you, the LORD your God has not permitted you to do so.The LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your own brothers. You must listen to him.

The greatest prophet of all times since the creation of the world is none other than the Lord Jesus Christ. There is no one greater than Him, absolutely no one. In the Old and the New Testaments, there were many prophets of the Lord who had faithfully served Him even when, they were faced with many trials and testing of their faith. Moses and Joshua were two prophets who had served the Lord mightitly inspite of the many difficulties and challenges they had encountered. Moses was a prophet whom God had used to deliver His people out of Egypt. Moses was singled out by the Lord for this work. There is a record of who Moses was before he was led into this. He was an ordinary child but the Lord raised up him as a member of Pharoah's household.Nothing is impossible with the Lord. This would certainly help Moses later, when he turns as deliverer of God's people. The Lord chose him for this sole purpose the Bible says.

Now Joshua son of Nun was filled with the spirit of wisdom because Moses had laid his hands on him. So the Israelites listened to him and did what the LORD had commanded Moses. Since then, no prophet has risen in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face, who did all those miraculous signs and wonders the LORD sent him to do in Egypt—to Pharaoh and to all his officials and to his whole land.

Moses was sent as a deliverer and so did the Lord Jesus Christ come to deliver us from the grips of the sinful nature of the Devil in us. What Moses did was just a picture of what would occur when the Lord Jesus Christ appears. Moses pointed the way forward to the coming Christ. Why did he point to the coming Christ? Because Jesus Christ is the Word of God. Every prophet of the LORD has the Word of the LORD or else he isn't the prophet of the LORD. But here, Moses was pointing to the one who is; The Word of God.

John 1:1

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

This same Word of God became flesh so that all flesh who believe, love and obey Him will have His Word formed in them. His divine nature will be formed in them to the fullest of their born again spirit when the Word of God is formed in them through their obedience to Him.

For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

God's Word pierces the heart and brings eternal life through the formation of the divine nature of Christ when it is obeyed by the believer. So powerful is God's word to anyone who comes humbly to Him. Even Mary, the earthly mother of Jesus Christ our Lord was not spared. Even she experienced the piercing of God's word, because she was close to that Word, very close. Sometimes we are so close to the Word and yet we can miss obeying His word. Simeon prophesied about this in the passage below when Christ was born.

God's prophets brought God's word to God's people at the right time but remember, Mary wasn't a prophet of the Lord. for she did not have the word of the Lord to speak to God's people, She just carried the Word of God in her womb for a while and delivered Him to this world and that was all. She still needed the word of God to be preached to her so that she could obey it. That is why the Lord had said:

As Jesus was saying these things, a woman in the crowd called out, “Blessed is the mother who gave you birth and nursed you.” He replied, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it.”

This is the message that the Lord Jesus Christ brought to this world, that all those who will enter the kingdom of God will be marked by their obedience to Christ and the words He spoke. If you obey His words, it will show to the heavenly Father that you have believed in whom He had sent for our salvation. There was no exception even for the earthly mother of Jesus. She had to obey all that Christ had commanded or else there will be no blessing for her. If she obeyed all that Christ had commanded, she will be the blessed one and will join the many prostitutes and tax collectors who had believed in the Lord Jesus Christ and had obeyed Him too. This reminds us that we are not judged by our position or status we are born into in this world but by our obedience to God's word through Christ, because He is that revealed Word of God to us. He is the greatest prophet of God because He is also the Word of God who turns us back to God the Father.

This is our 200th Post on this Christformation In You Blog. The LORD has been faithfully guiding and leading us to complete these series. This blog is dedicated to the greatest prophet of all times, The LORD JESUS CHRIST. Completing this blog took us over a span of seven years from 1st January 2005 to 1st January 2012. We will start posting afresh from 2nd January 2012. This pause is necessary so that you could reflect upon God's leading so far.

Thr rich man and Lazarus is an example of one who lives according to the desires and passions of the sinful nature and one who doesn't. The consequences of living both the kinds of lifestyles are warned here. In this world, it is more attractive to the eyes, to live a lifestyle of obeying the sinful nature of the Devil in us. The lifestyle of obeying Christ is not perceived to be attractive. In fact, it is even despised by some who claim to follow the Lord. Living in comfort and style is the norm of all those who obey the sinful nature because this could make them attractive to gain more and more luxury for themselves to enjoy. For those who choose to obey the sinful nature of the Devil in them, a lifestyle of sufferings is avoided at all costs.

There is nothing wrong in living without lack but no one in this world can live without experiencing a lack, no one! If you do not have material lack, there will be that spiritual lack, as in this case above. What kind of lack do you take it to be grave and dangerous for you? We will have a spiritual lack that was once stolen from Adam and Eve that we need to recover. The rich man viewed life in the opposite direction from beggar, Lazarus. Beggar Lazarus accepted the lack he had suffered and decided to do something about it, but the rich man did not. He did nothing about his actual lack. How will all these relate to a life of prayer? Humility is important, more important than pride and arrogance. Humility can only come from Christ, as pride and arrogance can only come from the sinful nature of the Devil in us. Satan is a proud and arrogant being. Let's read this verse below that speaks of our prayer life that should be our daily lifestyle. Sadly, many do not view a consistent prayer life as an important part of their daily lives.

Who is this that darkens my counsel with words without knowledge?

Who are we to say; God can do this and He cannot do that? God can do anything on earth. There is nothing that He cannot do. He can bring the rain. He can stop the rain. He brings sunshine and hides the sun whenever He wants to. Who are we to question His sovereignty? He knows what is best for everyone. Even if you think that someone you know is grossly evil and deserves God's severest punishment, He knows best what to do with them. He has a day reserved for everyone, to lift up or abase them. To bless or to curse. To put an end to things or to let them continue for a few more days on earth. He has full knowledge of everything. He knows it when the motives of our hearts are bad or evil. He knows everyone who trusts, love and obey Him.

We can fool man but we cannot fool the Lord our God.

let us walk in the light of the LORD. You have abandoned your people, the house of Jacob. They are full of superstitions from the East; they practice divination like the Philistines and clasp hands with pagans. Their land is full of silver and gold;there is no end to their treasures. Their land is full of horses; there is no end to their chariots. Their land is full of idols; they bow down to the work of their hands, to what their fingers have made. The LORD Almighty has a day in store for all the proud and lofty, for all that is exalted (and they will be humbled), for all the cedars of Lebanon, tall and lofty,and all the oaks of Bashan,for all the towering mountains and all the high hills, for every lofty tower and every fortified wall, for every trading ship and every stately vessel. The arrogance of man will be brought low and the pride of men humbled; the LORD alone will be exalted in that day, and the idols will totally disappear. Men will flee to caves in the rocks and to holes in the ground from dread of the LORD and the splendor of his majesty, when he rises to shake the earth. The superstitions of men will attempt to come against the Spirit of the Lord. The Lord will arise to shake the earth. The arrogance of man will be brought low and the pride of men humbled. Stop trusting in man who has but a breath in his nostrils, of what account is he? The superstitions of man are a disguise of evil. The LORD Almighty has a day in store for all the proud and lofty, for all that is exalted (and they will be humbled). All the evil that they trust in will fail them soon. The Lord Jesus Christ is exalted at God's right hand. He rules everything God has created. The law will go out from Zion, the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. What He says will happen on earth. What He wills for all man will come to pass. His day is here.

Christformation from the Valley of Dry Bones

Many will rise up with the life of Christ fully formed in them. Their trust will be in the Lord and they will obey the leading of the Spirit of the Lord.What seemed impossible for them with their own strength will occur within them through God's Spirit. What seemed impossible to man will occur with the demonstration of God's power in all who believe, love and obey Christ for the heavenly Father's glory.

Trampled Pasture and Muddied Water

Have some fear for the Shepherd of God's flock. There is only one flock and one shepherd of God. Why do you ever think that the pasture and the water belongs to you and you can do anything as you wish to them? Is it not enough that you have enough to eat and drink? Must you also intention evil on what others have the right to feed on? Are you beginning to assume the role of the Great Shepherd, when you know you are not one?

Are You Promoting Sin or the Righteousness of Christ?

If someone else thinks they have reasons to put confidence in the flesh, I have more: circumcised on the eighth day, of the people of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of Hebrews; in regard to the law, a Pharisee; as for zeal, persecuting the church; as for righteousness based on the law, faultless. But whatever were gains to me I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ—the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith. Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

If you are not promoting the righteousness of Christ, you will be promoting sin without you knowing it. You have the sinful nature of the Devil in you to overcome but were just careless about it, so the Devil will use the space you give him to promote himself through you. The advice for you here is; wake-up from your sleep! Or else, your house will be fully occupied and taken over by the enemy, if you do not rise up in time and attack the enemy. The righteousness of Christ is supposed to be formed in you and if you do not make every effort towards it, then you will be found to have been careless like the 'five foolish virgins' in Matthew 25. You have been careless about filling yourself with full Christformation through your obedience to God the Holy Spirit. Apostle Paul says, I don't care about gaining anything from this world because they are all of the quality of garbage that is to disposed of. "I'm more concerned about gaining Christ fully in me", he says.

God wants all three immediate generations to live obeying Him. Grandfather,son and grandson are required to obey God. If anyone of them do not obey God, then they will be answerable for their own sins. The two choices He gives is either you obey Him and reap blessings or disobey Him and reap curses for sins. However, God always allows some time for you to repent when you have fallen into sin. You should return to Him as soon as you realize you have sinned and not wait as you take His grace for granted.

You may argue that this scripture above is taken from the Old Testament and it does not apply to us. It does! You may ask, how? This is how.....

Romans 8:1-17
Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death. For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God.

You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ. But if Christ is in you, then even though your body is subject to death because of sin, the Spirit gives life because of righteousness. And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you. Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation—but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it. For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live.

For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

Take Off Your Sandals.

Moses are you ready for your tough ministry ahead of you? Then, take off your sandals. You are standing on holy ground where I too stand with you, but please maintain a distance with Me because I AM the LORD, your GOD. The idea is we will move and act together by faith and not by sight. That's how I worked with Abraham,Issac and Jacob who are your patriarchs. Shall we do this together? The LORD asked Moses. Do what together LORD, Moses asked? Here it is.....

God is not blind,deaf or dumb as many of us think He is. He sees the misery that arises among men, especially when there is wickedness involved. God is concerned about our suffering that arises out of the wickedness of evil men. He does not just sit there doing nothing. He comes down to rescue us from wickedness, from time to time. God hears our genuine cries and He recognises oppression and suppression as wickedness. He sends the necessary help we need for deliverance from evil men.

The journey from Egypt to Canaan is a picture of the spiritual Christformation journey today.
The invitation above from Christ our Lord is for you to come out of Egypt to be freed from the bondage of sin. Canaan is the picture of full Christformation in you. True rest comes from being freed from the grips of the sinful nature. You can be freed. Only the Lord Jesus Christ can set you free from the sinful nature of the Devil in you, when you come to Him humbly and are willing to be obedient to Him. Below is the record of another man who was told to remove his sandals. You know what ministry was ahead of him.

It is Mine to Avenge; I Will Repay,”Says The LORD

Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,”says the Lord. On the contrary: “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.” Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

You cannot overcome evil by returning evil. You have to return good for evil. If you return evil for evil then there will be more evil on earth. Just ponder on this for a moment and refrain from returning evil on those who do evil to you. God who is just and holy knows what to do with evil. Make room for His righteous and upright wrath. He knows how to turn men away from sin. He has been in this for the past 6000 years or so, since Adam and Eve first fell into sin. For Cain, Adam and Eve's evil son, who killed Abel his brother out of jealousy, God was just towards him. We can read that in book of Genesis in the whole of chapter 4. But, think of the consequences of living in sin. Just pause and think after reading that chapter. After you have pondered on that deeply, now ponder carefully on the given passage below.

The LORD said, “It is on account of Saul and his blood-stained house; it is because he put the Gibeonites to death.” The king summoned the Gibeonites and spoke to them. (Now the Gibeonites were not a part of Israel but were survivors of the Amorites; the Israelites had sworn to spare them, but Saul in his zeal for Israel and Judah had tried to annihilate them.) David asked the Gibeonites, “What shall I do for you? How shall I make amends so that you will bless the LORD’s inheritance?” The Gibeonites answered him, “We have no right to demand silver or gold from Saul or his family, nor do we have the right to put anyone in Israel to death.” “What do you want me to do for you?” David asked. They answered the king, “As for the man who destroyed us and plotted against us so that we have been decimated and have no place anywhere in Israel, let seven of his male descendants be given to us to be killed and exposed before the LORD at Gibeah of Saul—the LORD’s chosen one.” So the king said, “I will give them to you.”

David was put in a very difficult situation. He was the king of the land where injustice was practiced by the past king, king Saul. As a result of king Saul's evil rule, king David had to settle matters that regard injustice and unfairness for the people of his land. He talked to the affected people. But before he talked to them, it was the LORD who had alerted him of this gross injustice. The LORD brought three years of continuous famine. King David felt that there was something wrong and he sought the LORD in prayer. Sure enough, the famine was sent by the LORD to signal the unresolved injustice in the land. King David upon hearing the injustice done to them made peace with the people (the Gibeonites). They sought revenge from the LORD against Saul's house and they got it through king David. This is a lesson where we should learn that God knows everthing that is going on here, on this earth. Every injustice is taken into consideration by God. He waits for the right time for a man like king David to come into power. God is in control of everything on earth but it may seem as though He is not. Don't be fooled, you would have to give account to God , one day. Never think in your heart that you could do as you please, this earth and everything in it , is His!
There will be a day of vengeance and a year of retribution from the LORD and you will not be able to escape from Him.

The Biggest Question or Mark?

Their cobwebs are useless for clothing; they cannot cover themselves with what they make. Their deeds are evil deeds, and acts of violence are in their hands. Their feet rush into sin; they are swift to shed innocent blood. Their thoughts are evil thoughts; ruin and destruction mark their ways. The way of peace they do not know; there is no justice in their paths. They have turned them into crooked roads; no one who walks in them will know peace

The biggest question mark is, who you belong to? Like a tree that shows no marks of its fruitfulness until it is harvest time,we do not know who belongs to the Lord and who really don't. Anyway, harvest time is coming soon! Our mouths can claim the heavens but what are we marked out for? Ruin and destruction or eternal life and peace in Christ? Is the mark of the beast or the mark of the name of Jesus found on you? If you live obeying the sinful nature of the Devil then the mark of the beast will be found on you. If you have Christformation in you, there will be the permanent mark of Jesus on you. By the way, '666' is the mark of maturity of the sinful nature of the Devil in you. That would mean you have obeyed the sinful nature of the Devil in you to the maximum. The full fruitage of sinful living will show through you. If you choose to obey the sinful nature of the Devil in you to the maximum, you must be ready to face the eternal consequences of your own willful actions.

The Day When The LORD Listened to A Man

On the day the LORD gave the Amorites over to Israel, Joshua said to the LORD in the presence of Israel: “O sun, stand still over Gibeon, O moon, over the Valley of Aijalon.” So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, till the nation avenged itself on its enemies, as it is written in the Book of Jashar. The sun stopped in the middle of the sky and delayed going down about a full day. There has never been a day like it before or since, a day when the LORD listened to a man. Surely the LORD was fighting for Israel!

There are many instances where God had listened to man but this one is special. Joshua had asked God for something that none of us would dare ask for. To ask for the sun and moon to stand still for nearly twenty four hours.The record showed no one had dared ask God for such a thing as this. What was the reason Joshua had asked for this impossible thing? "Till the nation avenges itself on its enemies".The enemies were five nations that had united to attack Israel. Surely Joshua needed the help of the Lord. Justified reason! God listened to Joshua and fought for Israel with His power and majesty as the God of the universe. What have you to say about this? Amazing God of the universe, right? He is there when you really need Him!

But, why Joshua? Joshua was a man who saw everything God's way while they were in the wilderness and when he had spied the land that they were about to enter. Except for Caleb, all the other ten spies who had spied the land brought negative reports about the people who lived there but Joshua and Caleb saw everything through their eyes of faith in God. Joshua's faith in God pleased Him. He was chosen to succeed Moses because of His faith and obedience to God.Here, Joshua was just obeying God, warring in Gibeon and Valley of Aijalon. Anything done out of faith and obedience to God honours Him. Therefore, God was on the side of Joshua.

God speaks but when He knows they won't listen, He writes it down as His decree. King Nebuchadnezzar thought that no one could oppose or overthrow him now. He did not know that God opposes the proud and overthrows the wicked. In God's eyes, you are considered proud and arrogant when you do not acknowledge Him to be the Most High God who is sovereign over the kingdoms of men. When you start thinking that you own everything in this world and no one can terminate your service or replace you, that is when you have become proud and arrogant.Nebuchadnezzar had thought that no one could challenge his authority for he had at one time taken captive of even God's own people. He became proud and arrogant.Little did he know that God was watching him closely. He thought he could do just anything he wanted and get away with it.Not for long though!

As proud as Nebuchadnezzar was, he was abased to the position of the lowest of all animals- a grass eating cattle. His mind was transformed into the mind of a grass eating cattle. Was this possible? Why not! He ate grass like cattle and lived with donkeys.This tells us that nothing is impossible with God. He can change anyone to be anything, if one's heart becomes proud and arrogant when he or she will start doing things as though they were soveriegn over the kingdoms of men. Until he learned that God alone is sovereign over the kingdoms of men, he was so lowly abased before men. He was once living like an emperor and now the lowest of all animals, not even better than the lowliest of all men. This should remind you of Lucifer, who was once the highest of all God's angels and how he was turned into the lowliest, a dust eating serpent. You have to pay a heavy penalty if your heart becomes proud and arrogant towards God which translates into evil actions before man. You will show no respect towards God and His things when you are proud and arrogant in heart and mind.

What about his son, Belshazzar? Do you think he learnt any thing from his father? No, 'like father, like son'. Belshazzar, like his father was proud and arrogant too. He knew what had happenend to his father but he never learned anything from it. Probabaly the pride came from the capture of God's own people. He thought that their God was as the people he had taken into captivity. No it was God who had willed this for His people so that they would turn from their sinful living. Belshazzar dared to challenge the great God who had created heaven and earth and the whole universe. He did not honour the God who had willed all these. Instead, he gave the praises to images he had made to be his god. In his drunkeness, he did not respect God. He was slain on the same day he had received this rebuke from God's prophet Daniel, after he had described the inscription on the wall to Belshazzar. God is to be feared.

Even if you are the next great Pharoah, you ought to rever the God who is sovereign over the kingdoms of men. Exercise some fear for Him because we know what had happenened to the great Pharoah in the end.

Truthfulness is visibly lacking. People do not know who they should trust and not trust. In the first place, why do people have to place their trust on fellow man, when they can place their trust in God. God cannot be seen, so it is safer for them to place their trust in man. If life is just about survival on earth, then it will be okay to trust in fellow man, but life isn't just about survival. What is it then?

Life is about eternity. This is what many are not aware of. Many just choose to live a temporal life, not wanting to know where we each one of us are eventually headed to. There is that personal freedom of choice deep inside of us, even though we do not admit it openly, for fear of persecution of men. Our eyes are narrowly focused unto fellow man because we cannot see God. Yes, I admit it is not easy to see God but it is easier to claim that you have seen God. If we have seen God we would not behave in the same way we do today. So, we take a lousy short-cut to life. We just trust anyone who claims that they have seen or heard from God. The problem here is we can never see or hear from God until He wants to reveal Himself to us. So it is not about seeing or hearing God but about believing in Him even though you do not get a chance to see or hear Him.

When it comes to God, if you only believe when you see, then there is a possiblity of you seeing the wrong thing for the right one. One can believe in God even without having the need to see Him first for this is faith in God. You do not have to see the like of Him to believe in Him. Some still insist on seeing the like of Him to believe in Him. This won't be necessary if you have the faith of God in you. In this way, you would not be easily deceived.
In fact, this is how many false prophets will appear suddenly. This unbelief of God is from the sinful nature of the Devil in you. The Devil who has sowed this unbelief through his sinful nature in you, will introduce these short-cuts to you. These short-cuts are the false prophets.You do not need to seek God yourself but you can go through these false prophets who are his agents to destroy your faith in God

Through your faith in Christ, you should be hoping for full Christformation in you. You must be certian that when you believe in Him, you will be filled with Him in everway so that God the Father will be pleased with you. For this to occur in you, you will have to obey God the Holy Spirit who dwells in you and not just anyone who claims to be a prophet of God. This is God's provision for you- God the Holy Spirit to lead you to full Christformation. Prophets of God are there but they too trust in God the Holy Spirit to lead them on earth. They do nothing on their own.

The Greatest Sin

We have committed the greatest sin when we call God a liar through our actions that proceed from the sinful nature of the Devil in us and yet not admit it to Him. What we claim to be may not be what we really are. If you claim you have not sinned when you know you really had, then you do not have the fear of God in you. You are calling God a liar. You will be committing one sin after another and yet not admit it to God that you have sinned, if you do not have the fear of God in you.

You had thought in your heart that God is blind like a human sculpture. You are claiming that God cannot see your sins that you commit wilfully when He actually can. Aren't you a great liar through your actions? Do you think that there would be place for God's word or truth in your life when you are a liar yourself but deliberately call God a liar instead? This deception comes from the sinful nature of the Devil in you.

There will be no place for God's word to be formed in you as long as you are that great liar in God's eyes.

All the rooms of your heart are filled with it. You could only do evil as a result and never could for a moment have good thoughts or desires in your heart. The sinful nature of the Devil have fully overcome you and therefore, all your actions are only misdeeds of that evil nature.

You can be freed from the sinful nature of the Devil in you and it will only be by the Word being formed in you. That Word is Jesus Christ, who is Word made flesh so that all flesh that obeys the Word will become like the Word with all His divine natures formed in them. Our sonship to God can only come through Christ our Lord because He is the Firstborn of God. All those who love and obey Christ will be re-created in His likeness. If we belong to Him, we will be like Him in everyway. If we don't, we will look like Adam with the Enemy of God filled in him.

Working your Land with Diligent Hands

What you produce out of your faith in Christ will determine what you would deserve in the end- blessings or curses of God. You have to carefully decide how to make every effort towards full Christformation in you. Without Christformation in you, I do not see how you could be useful to those whom it is farmed. If there isn't Christformation growing in you, there will be thorns and thistles growing within you then. Thorns and thistles grow inside when you obey the sinful nature of the Devil in you. When you obey all that Christ had commanded, Christformation will grow in you.If the soil is a good soil, it will absorb the rain that the Heavenly Father provides. He provides us God the Holy Spirit who leads and guides us towards full Christformation. You have to allow God the Holy Spirit fully into your life before you could work out your salvation with fear and trembling. How will the fear and trembling come; except through God's word. God's word comes as a seed and grows in you. God's Word is Jesus Christ our Lord.

The Word will be formed in you through your obedience to that Word revealed to you by God's Spirit. God the Holy Spirit reveals the divine natures of Christ that is to be formed in you. Through your obedience to Him, they will be formed in you.You have to work your land with diligence with the help of God the Holy Spirit. You cannot work out Christformation in you with your own strength. You have to obey His leading and guidance at every step of the way towards full Christformation in you.

The Reward for Waiting

O Israel, put your hope in the LORD, for with the LORD is unfailing love and with him is full redemption.

There are three kinds of examples of those who are rewarded for waiting patiently:

1) The hardworking farmer who waits for his crops.

2) The pregnant mother who waits patiently to deliver her child.

3) The watchman who waits patiently for the morning to come.

Have you ever thought why full redemption is with the Lord? Could it mean that there is a half or a third of redemption, or even a quarter? Is there a 30% or 60% or 100% of redemption with God? Could the child be aborted or could it not survive the pregnancy at all? What could make the child ready for a safe delivery? Who or what could make the difference in all of these end-results? What relevance does Christformation have with these end results?

The farmer and the pregnant mother could alter the end-results of their waiting by being careless or foolish because the end-results would still depend on human effort. Half of the help is from God and the other half is the effort of the farmer or the pregnant mother. Whereas, the breaking of the day is totally in the hands of Lord.The faithfulness of the morning is in His hands. He causes the sun to shine on the earth and calls it, day. He causes the moon to shine faithfully to call it, night. But the watchman could fall asleep and yet the morning would come. He could still be caught sleeping even when the sun had arisen. The watchman who watches faithfully will welcome the faithful breaking of day.

Full redemption is full Christformation in you. If you are foolish and careless about Christformation in you, even though you had believed in Christ, you may not have full redemption in you. You must wake-up from your sleep and slumber to 'watch and wait' for full Christformation in you. Like the 'Wise virgins' in the parable of the 'foolish and wise virgins' in Matthew chapter 25, you must do all you can to be ready with full Christformation in you before Christ our Lord, the Bridegroom returns to earth. You must be like the hardworking farmer and the caring mother who is pregnant to see the end-result of full Christformation in you. You must be careful and wise about Christformation in you and not be found sleeping when He comes.

He wants to give you full redemption or full Christformation in you. Do you really want this? Are you making every effort towards full Christformation in you before its too late?You cannot afford to be careless about full Christformation in you. You have to sow with tears before you could reap full Christformation in you with eternal joy. You have to obey the leading of God's Spirit in you for full Christformation in you. You should not be careless about this, if you truly desire full Christformation in you.

God's powerhouse is the Lord Jesus Christ and He is at God's right hand now. There is no other powerhouse in heaven, on earth or even underneath the earth. Everything starts from there and everything is for Him.Thats how God the Father had made it to be. Without Him there would be nothing existing. All of God's authority has been placed on Him. There is no one more powerful than Him besides God the Father in heaven, on earth, or even underneath the earth. Who can come against this powerhouse?

Romans 8:37-39

The love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord is one of the greatest power that fills God's right hand. The relationship between God and His right hand is the love of God. The love of God cannot be compared to anything else in this universe. Only this love of God can defeat all evil and The Devil. The love of God is something that can never be found in the Devil or the demons. It will be imposible to find any in them or those who do not belong to Christ our Lord. The love of God is one of the greatest divine nature of Christ and the Heavenly Father. For us who believe and love Christ, it is shed abroad in our hearts by God the Holy Spirit. This divine nature of Christ must be formed in us. We must obey the leading of God the Holy Spirit within us in order that this divine nature of Christ be formed in us. Once formed in us no one can separate us from that love of God in Christ Jesus. Thats why the Lord said, if you love me, you will obey Me or my commamdments. Do not ever expect to find this love of God in those who hate Christ our Lord. You will never find in them. Those who hate Christ will never obey His commandments and for such people, God has this to say:

If you were to ask me which is the best place to be at all times, I would say waitng and watching at the doorway to God's powerhouse. That will be at God's right hand.That's the best place place to be at anytime of the day! You may ask, what is there? Let's look at this verse below.

Blessed is the man who listens to me, watching daily at my doors, waiting at my doorway.

It will be not easy for anyone to "wait and watch" at the doorway of God's powerhouse which is at God's right hand. He must be desiring to listen to God and His Christ carefully. Anyway, 'listen' here means obey. Blessed is everyone who obeys Christ and all that He had commanded us. This will bring him or her to God's right hand when he or she chooses to 'wait and watch' at the doorway of God's powerhouse to hear what He has to say to us. He is the Great Shepherd and we must be able to hear what He is saying to us all the time. Didn't the apostle Paul advise us to do the same in the verse below.

Obeying God is different from obeying man. God's decrees and statutes are righteous all the time while man's may shift. Man's decrees and statutes may be kind on one day and cruel on another. Man are always experimenting with what they know but not so with God. He does not need to experiment on humans. God never changes but man do, because of the sinful nature of the Devil in them. We should fully obey God's statutes and decrees and never should we obey the sinful nature of the Devil in us. For example, If God says, love is patient, you have to obey and be patient by trusting in the power of God's Spirit in you. He is there to produce patience in you when you obey Him. If God says love is kind, you have to be kind by the power of God's Spirit in you, not by your own strength though.

When God unfolds His words to us, we will not be in the dark about His decrees and statutes. What He wants us to do will be made clear to us when we obey Him. Step by step He will lead and guide us with the help of God the Holy Spirit in us. We need not fear the power of sin when we fully obey Him. Sin cannot rule over us. The Devil would want to rule over us by the power of sin. Sin can never rule over you, when you obey God's word. Men or systems of man can only oppress you when you do not fully obey God. Remember, the Old Testament 70 year captivity to the Babylonians? This should serve as a reminder to us.

The wicked are denied this light that comes from the unfolding of God's words. God's Son who is the Word of God reveals all things of the Heavenly Father to us through His Spirit in us. The wicked who do delight in doing evil will be denied of this light. Their 'upraised arm' is their hands that delight to do evil. God will break this arms and render them powerless before the righteous of the Lord.

God does not speak with no message in it. If He speaks there is surely a timely message that will be useful to those who hear it. God speaks His statutes and decrees. His statutes and decrees are to be obeyed by those who hear it. His statutes and decrees are not for exhibitional purpose. They are to be obeyed by those whom He had intended it for. God does not simply speak. He speaks when there is someone genuinely calling upon the Lord. He answers them and speaks to them. He does not speak when there is no genuineness of calling upon Him.

Today, God speaks through His beloved Son who is the Word of God. It is the demonstration of the power of God the Holy Spirit in you, if you could hear His voice. That's the Great Shepherd's voice. When His sheep hear it they will follow Him.

The watchman opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. In fact, disobedience to the Lord will lead you to the stranger. The stranger is out there to mislead you down the path of destruction. Are you carefully listening to the Great Shepherd's voice and obeying Him? Following Him is obeying Him till the end. The sheep who obey the Great Shepherd's voice and follow His leading will run away from the stranger, meaning that, he will run away from obeying the sinful nature of the Devil in him and follow the Great Shepherd towards full Christformation in him. Why did Moses, Aaron and Samuel keep the statutes and decrees that God gave them. Because they too, desired Christformation in them. They knew that obeying God's statutes and decrees will produce Christformation in them, even though they had not seen Him. They had only heard of Him and seen the semblance of Him in all that they had experienced.

Would the Lord Jesus Christ Do This?

In it he wrote, “Put Uriah in the front line where the fighting is fiercest. Then withdraw from him so he will be struck down and die.” So while Joab had the city under siege, he put Uriah at a place where he knew the strongest defenders were.

No, He would not do this as there was no sin in Jesus Christ our Lord even though He was tempted just as you and I are tempted. King David was different. Even though he loved God, he still sinned. In King David's life, one sin led to another. He was bound by the sinful nature of the Devil in him. Sometimes we claim that we are serving the Lord but actually we have been only serving the sinful nature of the Devil in us, just like King David.

Read the whole chapter of that passage and you will understand what I am saying here.
King David was pointing to the coming King. You will read from the whole chapter how God viewed the sin of King David. He was tempted by the sight of the bathing Bathsheba. He fell to that temptation and commited adultery with her. One man is to have only one wife. Remember, one Eve was created for one Adam but of course, with the sinful nature of the Devil in them, they weren't satisfied. Eve saw that the life that is not satisfied with one was more pleasurable. More pleasing to the sinful nature of the Devil in them. King David did not stop there. As soon as he had received the news that Bathsheba was made pregnant through him, he planned for the murder of Bathsheba's husband, Uriah. He made Joab as the accomplice in this premeditated murder. Uriah died being in the front line of war.In this way, they would not have to account for his death. How clever? Not so!

But, God saw all these and brought His swift judgement on David, Bathsheba and Joab.
Just because you are placed in power over others, does not mean that you could do whatever you liked and get away with it. That whatever 'you liked' might not be what God liked. That whatever you liked came from the sinful nature of the Devil in you.
So, who have you been serving, God or the Devil? King David knew that he needed the King of kings in his life, The Lord Jesus Christ to save him from being in bondage to the sinful nature of the Devil in him, after he was judged for the horrible sin he had committed.He cried , repented and sought to be freed from the sinful nature of the Devil in him. It's about time for us to rise up against the wicked and take an open stand against evildoers. God frustrates all the evil plans and schemes of the wicked. He stops evildoers from spreading sinful living among men. Why would He call upon all those who love and obey Him to rise up and make a stand against those who hate Him? Because, He himself is against them.

You will experience times of refreshings and times of dryness on this earth. God allows the wicked to live as though they own the earth for a while. He will observe to what extent they claim ownership of this world even though it isn't theirs. They did not create it. They cannot maintain it but they claim ownership over it. How silly, when they can't even create a particle of sand! Those who fear the Lord will appear like 'lamb for the slaughter' in the eyes of the wicked but not for long. We will live to see their punishment that will come from the Lord.

The day is nearing where the ownwer of the house will get up to close the door of Christformation in you. The days of greed and emergence of every evil desire is here. Oppression imposed on the vulnerable is growing because of greed and emergence of every evil desire on earth. The mind, if it is not transformed into the mind of Christ, it will think evil of others. How does the mind(soul) get transformed into the mind of Christ? It is through Christformation in your born again spirit. But, how does Christformation occur in your born again spirit? Again, how does Christformation in your born again spirit bring about transformation of your mind into the mind of Christ fully? What happens after you have full Christformation in your born again spirit which has successfully transformed your mind into the mind of Christ fully? What will all these lead to? Don’t have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels.

Quarrelling is the way of youth. When I was a youth, I remember quarelling a lot. I wanted my way so I would just quarell with anyone who was attempting to stop me from doing the things i felt like doing. Does this sound familiar? We hear this statement very often, don't we? "Flee the evil desires of youth" means put to death the misdeeds of the sinful nature in you which urges you to misuse and abuse your body, mind and spirit. Make every effort to please God the Holy Spirit's leading in you and do not follow the overpowering desires of the sinful nature of the Devil in you.

If you are caught in a temptation, run from it! If you walked into it, turn back and run! Remember what you are after in life. You are suppose to be after full Christformation in you and why are you taking diversions? Pursue the divine natures of Christ so that they be formed in you. They can only be formed in you, when you obey the Lord Jesus Christ. A pure heart can only come from a heart that obeys all that Christ had commanded. Stupid and foolish arguments produces quarrels and how can your heart be pure if you are involved in it? You should run away and not be a part of anything that would make your heart impure.

God knows all the hidden motives of your heart. You cannot fool Him like you always fool men. If you only live to please the sinful nature of the Devil in you, God knows it! God is aware of, how you brush aside His Spirit in you, when it comes to obedience. He knows why you kill and covet,quarrel and fight. You have only been living according to the desires and passions of the sinful nature of the Devil in you, although you claim otherwise. You can fool man but you cannot fool God. You have always filled your mind with the thoughts of how you could spend what you get on your pleasures.

You are not the only one who is battling with evil desires, many peoople are. It is what you choose to do in this battle that will make the difference. Do you obey God the Holy Spirit in you or the evil desires that originate from the sinful nature of the Devil in you? You should decide and be ready for the consequences of your own actions. You will be rewarded with full Christformatiion in you when you obey the leading of God the Holy Spirit.
But, when you decide to spend all your resources and strength on all that God has given you to please the sinful nature of the Devil in you, then there will be no Christformation in you.

He directs all his evil deeds from there and controls all those who obey him to do evil on earth.

Once God decides to open the eyes of the people, many will be disillusioned. They would know that they had been decieved into honouring that which is vile, all this while. The headquarters of the Devil spreads evil just as it was in the days of Antipas. The Lord Jesus Christ warns us of many being easily deceived by honouring that which is vile or sinful. The sinful nature of the Devil in you is vile. The Devil will convince you it is alright to obey the sinful nature of the Devil in you, but in God's eyes it is disobedience towards Him. You must obey the leading of God the Holy Spirit in you, no mattter how difficult it gets. Do you know that the wicked depend on the evil they do to deliver them? But, evil cannot deliver you or anyone. Doing evil only binds you to the Devil more. It binds you to eternal destruction. If you trust in doing evil to deliver yourself, you will soon find out that you are heading towards destruction. If you are not "rich toward God", that would mean you do not have Christformation in you. How can you have Christformation in you, if you have been greedy for the things of this world? That would mean, you had appeared as a very 'clever' man or woman when it came to 'greed for more'. You have been an example of 'greed for more'.An example of covetousness! An example of abomination before the Lord! You have been as greedy as the grave that does not stop swallowing up the dead! Only a fool will take life easy; eat, drink and be merry. You can' have the best of both because living to please the sinful nature of the Devil in you is the root of all evil. When you say " take life easy, let's eat, drink and be merry" it shows that you only live to please the sinful nature of the Devil in you.

This new heaven and earth will be created with Christformation in you. God has placed all things on earth and heaven under Christ's charge now. Whoever obeys Him will be in the new heaven and new earth. Those who do not will be thrown into the lake of fire with the Devil and all his fallen angels.

Havoc is increasing on earth by the day, because the end is nearing.Confusion is in the Enemy's camp. The Devil and its angels can never be in agreement with each other. The Devil's kingdom is always a divided kingdom. Each demon has evil agendas of its own.This is the curse of sin. They will be forever in conflict with each other because of selfish ambition. Selfish ambition is evil in the sight of the Lord. It will be selfish ambition of each of the demons and the Devil that will destroy them once and for all from the face of this earth! Selfish ambition which is devilish wisdom, is self-destructive. With selfish ambition they will exalt themselves with pride and devilish arrogance but they will be brought low by the Lord, as low as the punishment of the lake of fire forever and ever! The more they exalt themselves, all the more will they be brought low to unprecendented ruins by the Lord God of hosts! You may think that you are a sinner who cannot be forgiven by God but when the conviction of your sins come from God the Holy Spirit as promised by Christ our Lord, you would want to turn away completely from pleasing the sinful nature of the Devil in you, no matter who you think you are. You may think that you are somebody great in this world but when God's conviction comes into you, you would want to repent of all your sins and turn completely to Christ so that His divine natures are formed in you instead. God the Holy Spirit is a great Counsellor. He counsels us to do the most right thing that would please God through Christ. Christ died for our sins but what are you still doing with those sins? Why are you still cherishing those sins He died for? Why are you still cherishing the sinful nature of the Devil in you that He has put to death on the cross?

Among the many men who were delivered out of Egypt by Moses, it was Joshua who was seen by God as a capable man for taking over from Moses. Even Moses was not allowed to go beyond the wilderness. What was in Joshua that wasn't found in the other men? If you were to study the book of Joshua, you will find obedience to the Lord to be his plus point. He stood out with his obedience to the Lord. In the passage above,God was warning him not to give up on this and be careful to obey all the law Moses gave him. Obedience to the Lord, and not turning to please the sinful nature of the Devil in you as you like was the key factor for Joshua to be chosen as God's next leader. Moses was a leader cum deliverer of God's people out of Egypt while Joshua was to be a leader cum warrior in Canaan Land. The whole journey out of Egypt to Canaan Land is Christformaation in you. If you want successful full Christformation in you, you must obey all that Christ had commanded. You should realize by now that both Moses and Joshua are Old Testament types of Christ.Strength and courage to do God's will stems out of your obedience to the Lord.

Joshua experienced the fulfillment of God's promise to Abraham. In which way are you going to experience the fulfillment of God's promise to Abraham? The enemies in the seven cities were stronger and larger than the people of God who entered Canaan Land with Joshua as their leader cum warrior. This is a picture of Christ our Lord leading us after our salvation experience at the cross. The 'enemies' are the sinful nature of the Devil that has overpowered and ruled us all this while. With the help of the Lord our God, we shall overcome the sinful nature of the Devil in us and gain full Christformation in us if we obey Christ our Commander in chief till the end of our Christformation journey.

He claims he owns you.This is so because you choose to keep on feeding on the nature of the Devil in you, even though you claim you have come to the knowledge of Christ. Instead, as someone who has known and seen Christ, you should have chosen to put to death all the misdeeds, desires and passions of the sinful nature of the Devil in you and feed on Christ's divine natures so that the divine natures of Christ are formed in you eternally. You cannot claim you know God when you keep living according to the desires and passions of the sinful nature of the Devil in you. On the outside you may appear as good as an angel but on the inside you know that you only obey the wants of the Devil. That's why Christformation does not happen until you put to death the evil passions, desires and misdeeds of the sinful nature of the Devil in you.What more if you are a teacher of hypocrisy! God is always concerned about what is insiide of you. Can you see this truth here. You are either filled with Christformation in you or with hypocrisy and wickedness.

Gold refined in fire is Christformation in you.You have to pay a price for it. Christformation will be built in the new house and not in the old. The new house is the born again spirit in redeemed man who have believed in the Lord Jesus Christ to be the Savior and Lord of their lives. The new house is the new man in whom Christformation happens. He becomes a new creature as God's new creation in Christ. Christformation happens in your new self and not in the old. The old self must die in order for the new self to be full of Christformation. Only the new creation in Christ through full Christformation in them will bring newer and greater glory to God. Glory to God will come through full Christformation in you. True peace can only come through Christformation in you, for peace is one of Christ's divine nature that must be formed in you in order for you to experience it for eternity.

Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come upon the whole world to test those who live on the earth

The Lord Jesus Christ knows those who have endured patiently. Doing as God says till the end and not changing course or direction in between, for any reason is what Christ our Lord had commanded us to do. The Lord Jesus had given those who believe in Him the commandment to endure patiently every trial and testing of the faith in order that full Christformation happens in them.You will go through difficult times if you do not obey the sinful nature of the Devil in you. Your faith in Christ will be tried to the maximum when you fully obey all that Christ had commanded. One of His command to us is to endure patiently all these trials and testing of your faith in Him and your obedience to the words He spoke. The others who do not obey Christ now will also be tested finally, but their test will be different in form.These are people who never knew suffering, can you imagine their test? They chose to live in the comfort of this world and now they will be tested at the hour of trial that is coming upon the whole world.No way of escape!

The Lord Jesus Christ knows those who keep His command to endure patiently, as well those who don't.The most difficult thing to do is to patiently wait for God to act and demonstrate the power of God the Holy Spirit in and through us. All our talking will be useless if there isn't any demonstration of God's power in and through us.Full Christformation is God's full power demonstrated in you. With this full power He will demonstrate the power of God the Holy Spirit through you whenever necessary.Through Christformation in you, you will have the approval of God in your life. If there is full Christformation in you, you will have the full approval of God upon your life. This is what we are created for, to be filled with the full approval of God through full Christformation in us.

You may still be boasting in these, but your rejoicing will come to end.This is not what we were made to be. Good was meant to be formed in you. All good is in Christ alone. All good things has been placed on Christ by the Father in Heaven.If Christ is fully formed in us, all good things we would inherit. But, how would you know what is good, if good is not formed in you. For you to know what is good, good must be formed in you first. You can't guess what is good. You will have to experience what is good in your life first, before you can do what is good in your life. We can't be playing the guessing game with what is good.

Doing God's will on earth is the best thing you could do. But, how can you do God's will, if Christ is not formed in you. All of God's will is in Christ alone. If we do God's will, we will have Chrstformation in us. If we totally do God's will, we will have full Christformation in us.You know that you should do God's will on earth, but you end up doing your own selfish will. Doing our own selfish will is the same as doing the Devil's will because selfish will or ambition comes from the sinful nature of the Devil in us. You have not put to death the misdeeds of the sinful nature of the Devil in you. How will God's will be done in you or through you if you havent put to death the sinful nature of the Devil in you? The very thing that you have depended or relied on from the sinful nature of the Devil in you will fail you miserably. These are the acts that you could have depended or trusted upon and they will fail you in the end because the Devil's end is coming soon too!

Can a person who has been shunning the sinful nature of the Devil be deceived again? Yes, he can, if he has not put to death all the misdeeds of the sinful nature of the Devil in him. He had failed to depend on God the Holy Spirit because if He did, he will be surely led to destroy the misdeeds in him. Can all the good things he had done before he was deceived again be destroyed too? Yes, if he continually disobeys God the Holy Spirit, it will show unbelief. Can you belief at one time and now you don't. Yes, if there is unbelief in you whenever God the Holy Spirit leads you to God's word and you do not obey Him at all. Disobedience to God the Holy Spirit will result with no Christformation in you. Let this be a warning for the righteous to be alert at all times so that they may obey God the Holy Spirit for full Christformation in them and not be complacent or careless at any point.

If you have stubbornly decided to kick against the pricks, it is you who is going to get badly hurt in the end.You may be carried away by your zealousness for upholding what you consider as keeping the law but it is not my laws you are keeping, said the Lord Jesus Christ to Saul who became apostle Paul after this incident and meeting on the way to Damascus. You claimed that you were helping God in keeping His laws but you yourself have committed murder, even Steven who was my faithful servant (Acts 7: 54-8:1). Now, you shall be blind for a while. Wake-up! This was Saul's wake-up call, because he was doing the things that God never told him to do. He was doing it to please the sinful nature in him.It gave him pride and had developed into destructive arrogance because no one had warned him that what he was doing was sin against God.

Here in the passage above the Lord Jesus Christ stops him from committing this sin.Saul becomes blind so that he will wake-up and sin no more. He wakes up after God had shut his eyes for three days. He was in total darkness until Ananias prayed for his eyes to be opened. This temporary blindness was necessary because it was the confidence in his flesh that had made him proud at heart. He cared not about man or taking their lives through death. So blindly religious! This physical blindness opened his spiritual eyes and he began to see now that he was sinning against God. More so, the Lord Jesus Christ prophesied over Saul that he would become "a light unto the gentiles" after this visitation if he would truly repent from all his past sins. Made blind to be a light?

Do not kick against the pricks. I say it again, do not try to be wise in your own eyes. You cannot sin and keep on sinning and say that God had told you to sin. He did not and He never will do such a thing. You have been obeying the sinful nature of the Devil in you all this while. Repent now!(More to come...)

A woman giving birth to a child has pain because her time has come; but when her baby is born she forgets the anguish because of her joy that a child is born into the world. So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no-one will take away your joy.

As much as there is pain and anguish there is great hope too, just as a woman with excruciating labour pains suffers with the hope that she will be able to see her bundle of joy! But, bear in mind always, anything can go wrong. The mother could die and not see the child and the child could die not seeing the mother. This has happened to many before. Child birth is a matter of life and death. Do not take any thing for granted. Like wise, so is Christformation in you!

The link from the mother to the child is the blood. So is it with Christformation in you. The link with Christ and the believer is the power of the blood of Christ. The power of the blood of Christ paves the way for full Christformation in you. Full Christformation in you is the promised eternal inheritance in Christ.

Christformation in you is the kingdom that cannot be shaken.This kingdom is built upon all the divine natures of Jesus Christ our Lord and therefore, it cannot be shaken. Heaven and earth will pass away but the Word of God that is formed in us will remain forever. Every created thing can be shaken but the new creation of God through Christformation in you cannot be shaken. Another great shaking is coming.
This time all ordinary creation without Christ formed in them will be shaken and removed. It is only when you have the divine natures of Christ formed in you that you will be able to worship God in spirit and truth with reverence and awe. You will realize then who our God really is. The kingdom that cannot be shaken has the obedience of Christ formed in all it's subjects where as the ordinary kingdom have subjects who only obey the sinful nature of the Devil in them. This ordinary kingdom is a kingdom of disobedience towards God. Until then the prophecy of Isaiah the prophet of God would apply to them.

Even the very elect of those with Christformation in them can be deceived if they continue obeying the sinful nature of the Devil in them which they have not put to death it's misdeeds. Imagine the first Adam speaking like the last Adam. Doing miracles and showing great signs and claiming it is from God when it is not. What confusion and deception it will bring to believers of Christ! The last Adam is the Lord Jesus Christ and the first Adam is the one who brought the sinful nature of the Devil into mankind. The first Adam represents disobedience to God and the last Adam- obedience to God. Through the Lord Jesus Christ we learn obedience to God.

As there can be false Christs who would claim that they are as powerful as Christ our Lord, there would be false Christformation in those who would claim that they are filled with the power of God. Watch it! You cannot be obeying the sinful nature of the Devil in you and yet be a prophet of Christ.Also, you cannot be obeying the sinful nature of the Devil in you and have Christformation in you. You cannot claim that you have the power of Christ in you, when you still obey the sinful nature of the Devil in you.

Your outside appearance may not be what you are in the inside. It may all be for a show of piety. The Lord Jesus warned against such hypocrisy. On the outside you may appear as though you obey God but actually in the inside, secretly, you only obey the sinful nature of the Devil in you. You can cheat men but you cannot cheat God. He can see through you and see what is in your heart. Disobedience to God might still be ruling all your ways. You may appear you are doing God's work on earth but God knows the confusion you are responsible for.

one day seeking the Lord and on another day pleasing the sinful nature of the Devil in them. He told Joshua to make up his mind and see God as He is and not see Him as you do now. Remember and bear in mind always that He is holy for that is His divine nature."Take off your sandals" means give up pleasing the sinful nature of the Devil in you today. Never ask God on whose side are you on. That's extremely rude! Now, He has been asking you the age old question since the fall of man and you haven't answered Him yet. Whose side are you on? God's or the Devil's? This man of lawlessness is an arguer. He argues with everyone. He projects himself to be a champion of a good cause but he is not. He would claim he is a lawmaker but he is actually a law breaker. God's law, I mean, because men's laws are nowhere near to God's. Pretense will be another trait in this lawless man. Among man, this lawless man will be a lawful leader because the standards of righteousness are much lower and anything is acceptable, if the deal is fine and it benefits all supporting parties. Watch out for the entrance of this cunning thief! His intentions are to rob and plunder. He is greedy and will not hesitate to destroy you. Very much like the nature of the Devil, right? Beware! His main motive will be money. He will be able to con and cheat many with human laws to protect himself. Here is the deception, he will pretend to be a champion of religion he professes and he will not be afraid to use God's name in all his pursuits. The strange thing will be, there will be gullible people believing and following him. How is this? Blind leading the blind,what else! Finally,he will start boasting that he is greater than God!To be specific, he will claim that he is more powerful than Christ.

Cheating comes directly from the nature of the Devil. The Bible is so thick with a library of sixty-six books and you will never find one passage that would ever say that God cheated someone. Cheating comes from the Devil. At the first appearance of the Devil on earth in the Garden of Eden, he cheated Adam and Eve and successfully made them cheaters before God forever. The Devil cheats in all his ways. He is a cheater and everyone in this world know that and yet there are some who are willing to serve him by living a life of a cheat.

Why do you cheat in all your ways? Simply because you are certain that you will not be caught or assume that you are above the laws of God somehow. With the help of someone more powerful who is a condoner of your sins and who is as evil as you are to help you out when you are in trouble with the law, you would cheat the poor with no fear of God. If you despise the poor in your heart just because you are wealthy, and deliberately cause misery to the poor and think that you have all the power in the world to shut their mouths from complaining then you will be proven wrong soon for, God is on their side and not on the side of evildoers. What has got light to do with darkness? Remember this,darkness will always prefer darkness and light will prefer light. Light dislikes darkness and darkness dislikes light. The plagues are reserved for those who enjoy living in darkness. Those who enjoy living in the light must not share in their sins or else they too will pay a price for their share in the works of darkness. The works of darkness may escape the punishment due to it for a while, but their foot will surely trip along the way.

For many of us who do not fear God and do things as the sinful nature of the Devil says in you is right, be ready for whats coming, for you may not know that your sins are piling up to heaven. You may think that God will forget whatever atrocities you commit but He doesn't. He keeps account because you show no fear of Him. If you keep doing things to justify your stand at the expense of others, be ready for whats coming ahead of you. Frightening and unexpected things are about to happen to you.
After it has happened, never blame God for it . You have been warned enough, well ahead before it happens! Take heed!

David versus Saul

The war between the house of Saul and the house of David lasted a long time. David grew stronger and stronger, while the house of Saul grew weaker and weaker.

The war between David and Saul is as the war between the kingdom of darkness and the kingdom of Light.From the kingdom of darkness came all forms of threats,insincerity, dishonesty,cheating,lies, deception,greed for more, intimidation,violence,instability,injustice,unrighteous behaviour,lack of the fear of God,mutiny,man-handling,corrupt practices,trickery,social unrest,manipulation,back-stabbing, distrust,abuse of power,incitement,rogue-behaviour,malice,deceit,evil-speech, perversion,evil-boastings,pride,arrogance,malpractices such as witchcraft and sorcery,factions,divisions,and many more sins that arises from the sinful nature of the Devil in man. Here is the precise list of them below.

Galatians 5:19-21

The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

"Those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God" but there are some who after misusing the name of God while commiting these sins,claim to still belong to God. It's just a matter of time that God will intervene and that intervention of God will be the end for the kingdom of darkness. Let's read this passage below together and be thoroughly warned.

Romans 1:28-32

Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy. Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.

The kingdom of darkness in the last days shall be many times worse than the times of Evil Saul.Read this in the passage below as apostle Paul warns us of these further.

But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.

They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over gullible women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, always learning but never able to come to a knowledge of the truth. Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these teachers oppose the truth. They are men of depraved minds, who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected. But they will not get very far because, as in the case of those men, their folly will be clear to everyone.

Read the passage below and understand what enfolds between David and Saul.

1 Samuel 23:7-29

Saul was told that David had gone to Keilah, and he said, “God has delivered him into my hands, for David has imprisoned himself by entering a town with gates and bars.” And Saul called up all his forces for battle, to go down to Keilah to besiege David and his men. When David learned that Saul was plotting against him, he said to Abiathar the priest, “Bring the ephod.” David said, “LORD, God of Israel, your servant has heard definitely that Saul plans to come to Keilah and destroy the town on account of me. Will the citizens of Keilah surrender me to him? Will Saul come down, as your servant has heard? LORD, God of Israel, tell your servant.” And the LORD said, “He will.” Again David asked, “Will the citizens of Keilah surrender me and my men to Saul?” And the LORD said, “They will.”

So David and his men, about six hundred in number, left Keilah and kept moving from place to place. When Saul was told that David had escaped from Keilah, he did not go there. David stayed in the wilderness strongholds and in the hills of the Desert of Ziph. Day after day Saul searched for him, but God did not give David into his hands. While David was at Horesh in the Desert of Ziph, he learned that[a] Saul had come out to take his life.

And Saul’s son Jonathan went to David at Horesh and helped him find strength in God. “Don’t be afraid,” he said. “My father Saul will not lay a hand on you. You will be king over Israel, and I will be second to you. Even my father Saul knows this.” The two of them made a covenant before the LORD. Then Jonathan went home, but David remained at Horesh. The Ziphites went up to Saul at Gibeah and said, “Is not David hiding among us in the strongholds at Horesh, on the hill of Hakilah, south of Jeshimon? Now, Your Majesty, come down whenever it pleases you to do so, and we will be responsible for giving him into your hands.”

Saul replied, “The LORD bless you for your concern for me. Go and get more information. Find out where David usually goes and who has seen him there. They tell me he is very crafty. Find out about all the hiding places he uses and come back to me with definite information. Then I will go with you; if he is in the area, I will track him down among all the clans of Judah.”

So they set out and went to Ziph ahead of Saul. Now David and his men were in the Desert of Maon, in the Arabah south of Jeshimon. Saul and his men began the search, and when David was told about it, he went down to the rock and stayed in the Desert of Maon. When Saul heard this, he went into the Desert of Maon in pursuit of David.

Saul was going along one side of the mountain, and David and his men were on the other side, hurrying to get away from Saul. As Saul and his forces were closing in on David and his men to capture them, a messenger came to Saul, saying, “Come quickly! The Philistines are raiding the land.” Then Saul broke off his pursuit of David and went to meet the Philistines. That is why they call this place Sela Hammahlekoth. And David went up from there and lived in the strongholds of En Gedi.

What do you think could happen to Saul next? Why was he being diverted from his attention from pursuing after David? Read from chapter 9 of the book of 1 Samuel to the end of chapter 31 and you will know what else transpired between David and Saul.
How did Saul become a king? Who anointed him as king and why? Why God rejected him as king in Chapter 15 of 1 Samuel.Why God was displeased with him?
What made him hate David? What else did he do to David? How David saved Saul from death many times?

David, on the other hand was an innocent shepherd boy who found himself killing the giant Goliath who had threatened the Israelites earlier. He did it as no one else was brave enough to confront Goliath in the whole of the land of Israel? God chose David to be the next king replacing Saul. Saul could not accept defeat and started on a vicious journey of trying to murder David. David reacted with caution and respected Saul, as he was the first king of Israel.

Finally, this was how the story ended. It was not another parable but true story.

Now the Philistines fought against Israel; the Israelites fled before them, and many fell dead on Mount Gilboa. The Philistines were in hot pursuit of Saul and his sons, and they killed his sons Jonathan, Abinadab and Malki-Shua. The fighting grew fierce around Saul, and when the archers overtook him, they wounded him critically.
Saul said to his armor-bearer, “Draw your sword and run me through, or these uncircumcised fellows will come and run me through and abuse me.” But his armor-bearer was terrified and would not do it; so Saul took his own sword and fell on it. When the armor-bearer saw that Saul was dead, he too fell on his sword and died with him. So Saul and his three sons and his armor-bearer and all his men died together that same day.

When the Israelites along the valley and those across the Jordan saw that the Israelite army had fled and that Saul and his sons had died, they abandoned their towns and fled. And the Philistines came and occupied them.

The next day, when the Philistines came to strip the dead, they found Saul and his three sons fallen on Mount Gilboa. They cut off his head and stripped off his armor, and they sent messengers throughout the land of the Philistines to proclaim the news in the temple of their idols and among their people. They put his armor in the temple of the Ashtoreths and fastened his body to the wall of Beth Shan.

When the people of Jabesh Gilead heard what the Philistines had done to Saul, all their valiant men marched through the night to Beth Shan. They took down the bodies of Saul and his sons from the wall of Beth Shan and went to Jabesh, where they burned them. Then they took their bones and buried them under a tamarisk tree at Jabesh, and they fasted seven days.

A Decree from the Highest Authority

The Land of Canaan is full Christformation in you. But, before they could occupy Canaan Land, they had to overcome the seven different nations that were stronger.

You need to put to death the sinful nature of the Devil in you before Christformation, (which is the formation of the divine natures of Christ in you), can happen in your born again spirit. You can't be pleasing the sinful nature of the Devil in you and still think that Christ's divine natures will be being formed in you.You will be disillusioned later. You have to make every effort to defeat the sinful nature of the Devil in you first before you could occupy Canaan Land, which is Christformation in you. In order for full Christformation to happen, you would have to fight and defeat the 'seven nations' that appear larger and stronger than you.

The sinful nature of the Devil may appear too strong for you, but they are not larger and stronger than the God you serve. The commander of the Lord's Army, who is the Lord Jesus Christ will be there, as He was with the people of God at Canaan Land. You will be able to defeat the Hittites, Girgashites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites even though they appear larger in size and stronger in military strength than you. The invisible army of the angels of God were there throughout the war. They overpowered the Enemy in God's strength.

It will be the same for you, you too could defeat the enemy with the power of the Lord God in you, which is the power of The Spirit of the Lord. The Lord is with you, so fight the sinful nature of the Devil in you and defeat it for good.

The proconsul, an intelligent man, sent for Barnabas and Saul because he wanted to hear the word of God.But Elymas the sorcerer (for that is what his name means) opposed them and tried to turn the proconsul from the faith Then Saul, who was also called Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, looked straight at Elymas and said,You are a child of the devil and an enemy of everything that is right! God always uses weak, despised and lowly vessels in the eyes of the world to demonstrate His power on earth. Elymas the sorcerer assumed that with the powers of witchcraft and sorcery he had with the help of the Devil, he was powerful and lived an illusion thinking he was invincible. The apostle Paul rebuked that overgrown child of the Devil for trusting in evil powers and imagining that he was more powerful than God. When you are a child of the Devil, thats how you would feel- lofty and arrogant. You will speak with overwheening pride and you will think you are always right even when you know you deserve punishment of the highest kind.

Here,Elymas had one of his six senses, only one, his sight taken away with just a word spoken at him by Paul and he had to be led by someone from then on. He would not be able to mislead anyone else anymore, like he had been doing all this while- with his 'blind leading the blind' cock-sure attitude. Have some fear of God, before God decides to demonstrate His power for everyone to see and know that He is God and He rules on earth and not the Devil. Watch it, you are giving the glory to that wrong person! But, there was another sorcerer by the name of Simon who was different.

You need to repent from all your evil ways like Simon the Sorcerer and follow Christ instead.Here is another passage for you.

The Animals Outside Noah's Ark

As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.

Everything went on as normal until the door of Noah's Ark was SHUT. Once the door to the Ark was shut, even the human beings locked outside of the Ark were 'downgraded' to the status of the animals outside. Man and animal outside the Ark became equal in status as they died with the same fate- a meaningless and useless death with no one to mourn or bury them. Even the animals chosen by the righteous Noah and brought into the Ark on God's instruction were higher in status than the wicked men and women locked outside the Ark. The animals were spared because of Noah and for Noah after the floods have come and gone.

Until the locking of the door of the Ark, everything went about as normal.
Thats how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man, the Lord Jesus Christ. Everything will appear normal but once the door is shut, suddenly, your fate will be reduced to that of an animal, if you are caught without Christformation in you.
You will die a useless death. Inside Noah's Ark, even the animals were valued higher than humans locked outside the Ark. It will be too late to claim you are humans created in God's image with a conscience because your conscience was as good as dead when you were warned, like in Noah's days.

Why were those swept away by the floods no better than the animals in the Ark? Sin is the answer. You may want to continue in your sins even after you have been seriously warned of it's consequences but remember that it will not be God's fault. It will be your own fault for you have been warned thoroughly prior to the shutting of the door. Like it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the Son of Man.You will be reduced to the fate of an animal, dying a useless death.

If man and animal died the same useless death, it would have been better if man would have just been born as an animal. Is the Lord Jesus Christ wrong in saying this statement below?

“Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces.

Sometimes, is it worth warning those who would prefer to die a useless death as an animal? There are some who live like this, as their conscience are dead as in animals. They just cannot differentiate between right and wrong no matter how loud you shout at them, at the top of your voice. In the days of Noah,"they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away".But, Noah preached and warned them without fail for 120 years.He did that faithfully but they laughed at his preaching as they had shut their ears to his warnings. This is how it is going to be too! Well, you have been warned that some would prefer just to live as animals do and die an animal's death. For an example just read these verses below.

Herod wants to kill you.” He replied, “Go tell that fox, ‘I will keep on driving out demons and healing people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach my goal.’ In any case, I must press on today and tomorrow and the next day—for surely no prophet can die outside Jerusalem!

The Lord Jesus Christ likened Herod, the evil ruler of Israel to a 'fox'. The Lord Jesus was not afraid of a mere 'fox' because He created all the animals with His Father in Heaven and He knows how far can a 'fox' go with it's threat to kill. A 'fox' is cunning,full of trickery and wierd with it's vicious behaviour. It gets it's prey effectively in the dark and nobody would know that the fox had done the killing. But here, the Lord Jesus Christ says, go and tell that Herod (fox),"I know who he is. He cannot hide from me and I know all his evil deeds. He can hide from mere men but he cannot hide from Me". A Fox is known for this type of cunning behaviour.We see another example here of an animal outside Noah's Ark and think of why God justly needed to wash them away with the flood. It will be the same at the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. This is what happened to that 'fox' Herod. Read this passage below and be warned of God's power demonstrated here.

But the word of God grew and multiplied.

The moral of the true story of Herod? An animal that was larger in size,power and viciousness was eaten by a small,frail and weak worm and the 'fox' died after being eaten by the worm. Have some fear of God! An animal destroys another 'animal' with the help of an angel of God.Beware!

The Evil Ruler Threatens the Prophet of God

Your strength will either come from God or the Devil on this earth. You will get your strength from the Divine power or the other,the Evil power. If you have continual strength to do evil on earth, that would mean you have sought the strength from the Devil, the Evil One.Divine power does good to all mankind and there are no miseries attached to it.This power and authority was placed on the Lord Jesus Christ. The Devil was defeated by the Lord Jesus Christ on this earth through His resurrection from the dead. He conquered death for all mankind, especially for those who would believe in Him. Death was always used as the Devil's weapon against man.He succeeded in bringing death to Adam and Eve.He brought along the fear of death.Men who do not fear God will fear death.Now he is seeking to bring second death to all mankind who are subjected to him.Those who seek the strength from the Evil One to do evil that brings misery to mankind will in the end be in ruins like Nineveh always.

If we were to recall Babylon, we will remember Nebuchadnezzar-the proud king who became insane, who ate grass like a cow as a punishment from God.Daniel foretold him, "your kingdom will fall" and it surely did! When we mention Babylon we remember 'Babel'. The proud people, who were filled with evil intentions of their hearts and were finally scattered forever by God.They could never ever come together again to do evil on earth.

The Kingdom of Darkness is a Very Confused Kingdom

No evil unity will stand.It will fall.It's an unity of planning and doing evil together.We have an example of this unity that God scattered forever in the Old Testament.

So the LORD scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city. That is why it was called Babel—because there the LORD confused the language of the whole world. From there the LORD scattered them over the face of the whole earth.

Watch out for the Yeast of the Pharisees and of Herod

What is hypocrisy? Hypocrisy is promoting God to others but personally obeying the sinful nature of the Devil in you only.Watch out for such people, says the Lord Jesus Christ...OR... it could also be the promoting of the sinful nature of the Devil in the name of God.

And this story has been widely circulated among the Jews to this very day.

Corruption is an age old problem yet to be addressed as you should. Money becomes the substitute for covering wrongdoings. It may have the appearance of it but it is not. This is what evil men in the disguise of men of the law did to the Lord Jesus Christ and that was His biggest test on earth that finally brought Him to the cross at Calvary.

But, He came alive from death on the cross and He put the Devil and it's children to public shame in their defeat eternally.

Christformation happens in us when we keep His word. To keep His word means to obey His word.Whoever obeys His word will never see death. "Never see death" means live etenally.Eternal life is only found in the Lord Jesus Christ because He is that Word.

Do you know that from Genesis chapter one to Revelations twenty one its Him.The present heavens and the earth will pass away but He will remain. Because He remains, anyone in whom Christ has been formed will remain forever too.If Christ our Lord is not formed in you, you will not remain. You too will pass away into the eternal lake of fire because Eternal life is not found in you, therefore you will perish forever and ever.

The only Way to God who created us is through Jesus Christ our Lord and the only way for Christ to be formed in our born again spirit is obedience to His word.At one time we didn't but now we must because the only way to put to death the sinful nature of the Devil in us is through obedience to His word.This is what Christ our Lord had said to each of the seven churches in Revelations Chapter two and three.
If you "overcome you will inherit" something.Overcome what, you may ask? Yes, overcome the sinful nature of the Devil in you. That would mean, putting the sinful nature of the Devil in you to death, only then will you inherit Chtistformation in you.There must be no trace of the sinful nature of the Devil in us anymore, if we have believed in Christ. The Devil's nature will be put to death one by one until there is none by our obedience to God's word in Christ. Christ our Lord is God's Word in us. As He is formed in us, God's word is formed in us.The present heaven and earth will pass away but His word in us will remain.How can that word be formed in us unless we obey it as it says.We can never fool God with what we claim only but not follow.You have to hear God's word and follow what the Shepherd and Overseer of our souls says through it.

“If it is hard for the righteous to be saved,

So then, those who suffer according to God’s will should commit themselves to their faithful Creator and continue to do good.

What are the sufferings of Christ? How can we partake of it? Why was it God's will for Him to suffer? Who is behind these sufferings?

Firstly, think of Job, the Old Testament prophet of God, who knew what suffering for God was all about.He knew God did not bring these sufferings but Satan did.Salvation is only through Christ and none other and so is eternal life. So it was a battle between Eternal Life and Eternal Death. This battle began in the Garden of Eden and now it was at the hands of Job to handle it.Satan or the Devil had been cursed by God with Eternal Death -with no return to Him. Satan who is the 'Father of unbelief' attacked Job so that he would succumb to it's unbelief. No , Job remained faithful to God till the end of the many trials of his faith in God.

Brothers and sisters, as an example of patience in the face of suffering, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. As you know, we count as blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job’s perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy.

The partaking of these sufferings of Christ would lead to Christformation in you.The Lord Jesus Christ showed us the way.In fact,He is The Way. He suffered in the battle between Eternal Life and Eternal Death, like no one else did and emerged The Victor.There is no need for anyone to fear partaking the same sufferings of Christ because the work on the Cross is complete.We would only need to partake, that would mean, just commit your life fully to him and when the right time comes, the Glory of God will be revealed in you. The eternal Glory of God the Heavenly Father is Christformation in you. Christformation in you is the fullness of Christ formed in you. When you are filled with Him , you will be filled with the fullness of His compassion and mercy.

Satan or the Devil cannot bring life to anyone,for it can only bring death. Death itself is suffering what more, eternal death in God's Hands.

Christformation Doxa comes as a result of partaking in the sufferings of Christ our Lord.These sufferings may prune us so that we become more fruitful filled with the nature of Christ. For this we must abide in Christ. Abiding in Christ is obeying Him.
We cannot obey Him if we hate Him. We must love Him to abide in Him.We must love Him to remain in Him.Without loving and obeying Him we cannot have Christformation in us

For Jacob, he had this choice to make,to fear his father in law, Laban, or the God of his father.Apparently, he had chosen to fear the Fear of Issac who is the God of Abraham. A lesson to learn from Jacob,if you fear mere man,you will not fear the Lord and if you fear the Lord you will not have the fear of man in you.Obviously, he had seen how his father had revered and feared his God above everything or everyone else on earth.Jacob referred to God as the 'One whom Isaac feared'.

This reminds me of God's prophet Daniel and the other three men of God too.

If you would realize why the sheep were chosen and not the goats,it was because of Christformation in them. It was their Christ-like nature in them that made the difference.

The parable was not just highlighting social service to mankind as many perceive, but,Christ-like nature formed in them.It takes Christ-like nature to respond to people like the above.Remember, They are the "least" in the eyes of the public.You may do social service to mankind but still God looks at your motives and intentions of the heart.It may look like you are doing humble service to mankind but He knows why it was done.Was it for pleasing the sinful nature to seek self glory with selfish ambition in your heart or greed for worldly things. He knows it!

To know Christ and the power of His resurrection, we will surely go through many trials and tribulations and have fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like Him in his death;despised,rejected and forsaken.But, somehow, we know that by the power of the Holy Spirit we will be raised to life again with a better resurrection. What is a better resurrection?. A better resurrection could only come through Christ. Jesus Christ our Lord is the firstborn of the resurrected.We will have a better resurrection like his because of Christformation in us. A life of obedience to Christ after we have believed in Him will lead to a better resurrection in Christ.We shall be clothed with the Christformation that had taken place in us through our obedience to the Holy Spirit, walking by faith and not by sight.

Yes, the Lord Jesus is interceding for us that all those who belong to Him have full Christformation in them.He knows this will not come easily for them too, as much as He had suffered to the point of death before He had gone to the Cross.He said to His disciples who were with Him "keep watch with me and pray". Why did He require them to "keep watch and pray".He said while others are still sleeping you keep watch and pray.While others don't care, you must keep watch and pray.Why was it so?

Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. "Could you men not keep watch with me for one hour?" he asked Peter. "Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak

You will have to fight your tiredness to keep watch for at least an hour yourself to intercede along with the Lord Jesus Christ for Christformation in you, or else you will be tempted to quit or fall away from Christformation in you, what more, full Christformation in you that the Heavenly Father had willed for you and me who belong to Him for eternity.

You will have to listen(obey) to Christ and the Heavenly Father through the Holy Spirit for full Christformation in you. You and I are in a war. A spiritual war daily.You will have to fight till the end.It is either you who will die or the Enemy. The Enemy uses it's sinful nature that it sowed with the consent of Adam and Eve to attack you. What are you going to do with it's continual assault? Give in and give up to its assaults or fight till the end and win.We are made to be more than conquerors through Christ who nailed the sinful nature of the Devil on the cross.We can put it to death too through the power of Holy Spirit in us , today.Lets fight the Enemy daily and not give up at all.Lets depend on the power of the Holy Spirit to do that. We must obey God's voice through the Holy Spirit in us.When we obey Him, Christ will be formed in us. We have to be actively fighting and not become complacent or non-engaging in the fight.

Just imagine if Leonard Lewis or Evander Holyfield were non-engaging in their fights with Mike Tyson? What would have happened? We can predict the results right? More to come in this fight....

All these things happen for God's chosen nation to be born through Christformation in them.All these things will happen when she will be about to deliver the Heavenly Jerusalem with full Christformation in them.What are these things? In short, at the final stages of the existence of the devil( Satan) before it is anihilated from this earth forever with the fallen angels, False-prophet and the Anti-Christ. It will struggle and will try to cause a big stir all over the world.It will try to claim that it has a lot of followers too.There will be war, sometimes just rumours of it will send shivers down our spines because we will be afraid of prices of things soaring high. It is now.People will become greedier and start hoarding wealth for
themselves and their own families. They will be afraid to face any form of suffering because they have always lived in comfort and will tremble at the thought of going through suffering.

Fishes from the Shallow Waters Are No Good

Simon answered, "Master, we've worked hard all night and haven't caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets."

When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break. So they signaled their partners in the other boat to come and help them, and they came and filled both boats so full that they began to sink.

When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus' knees and said, "Go away from me, Lord; I am a sinful man!" For he and all his companions were astonished at the catch of fish they had taken, and so were James and John, the sons of Zebedee, Simon's partners.

Then Jesus said to Simon, "Don't be afraid; from now on you will catch men." So they pulled their boats up on shore, left everything and followed him.

When we catch fishes from shallow waters they are most of the time not good fishes.Likewise, when we catch men, they must be 'fishes' who are used to being in deep waters and not from shallow waters. Judas Iscariot was one such fish from shallow waters that could't survive in deep water.The Lord Jesus Christ allowed Judas Iscariot to be one of his twelve disciples to show us this example.Judas Iscariot settled for the shallow things of life and he didn't survive.

Today, we see many 'fishes' that are from shallow waters that cannot swim into deep waters. They would only settle for the shallow things of life and cannot grasp or understand the deep things of God.They wouldn't come into deep waters for fear that they won't make it, for they know that they can't swim in there.They are more comfortable and satisfied with their shallow surroundings.They would prefer to just settle for the temporal things of this earth.That makes them feel safe for the moment.

Their thoughts, minds and hearts will only be on the shallow things of life and they don't mind the easy path that leads to destruction.

James 1:25 (New International Version)

But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it—he will be blessed in what he does.

On the contrary, the eleven other disciples found the 'deep waters' of the Word of God suitable for themselves and they "looked intently" into what was told to them by the Lord and most importantly, they obeyed His words. When you seek the shallow things of life, you will not obey the Lord or His words.

The man of understanding with a born again spirit in Christ will allow the Holy Spirit to convict himself of the guilt of sin, righteousness and the coming judgment of God and His Christ.

Do we yield ourselves to the Holy Spirit to convict us of these above?

The Lord Jesus Christ is the Author and the Perfecter of Christformation in us. We must walk by faith and not by sight. This pair of eyes is the eyes of faith in Christ. Christformation does not happen the moment your eyes of faith are not on Him, for He is the author and the perfecter of Christformation in us.He sits down at God the Father's right hand to intercede for us that Christformation He started in our born again spirit be perfected in our mind(soul)and our new eternal Christ-conformed body so that it will be raised to eternal life. Our eyes of faith in Him to complete Christformation in us must be obediently be on Him, as the Holy Spirit leads and guides us to Him for the Heavenly Father's glory. His Son is His greatest Glory!More so when He is formed in us fully.

But blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears because they hear. For I tell you the truth, many prophets and righteous men longed to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it.

Abel and Cain were both born to Adam and Eve but what made the difference? God had opened the eyes of Abel to be able to see what God requires of him on earth but Cain's eyes was not opened to see the same requirement. God has to open our eyes for us to be able to see the Author and the Perfecter of our faith. For this is what God had warned Cain before he committed a great sin.

Then the LORD said to Cain, "Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must master it."

God opened Abel's eyes to see this but not Cain's. Cain went on to sin but Abel went to God.
