Daniel 8:25
He will cause deceit to prosper, and he will consider himself superior. When they feel secure, he will destroy many and take his stand against the Prince of princes. Yet he will be destroyed, but not by human power.
How will this lawless One prosper? He will cause deceit to prosper and this way he will make himself superior. He will seek personal security first to take a stand against Christ, God's appointed Prince of princes. But, he will be destroyed but not by human power but the power of God. Anything that exalts itself above God, as though mankind will not exist without him or her wil be destroyed by the power of God in the end. He is one who does not give the glory to God but seeks it for himself. Watch him closely and you will be able to see this. Watch all his ways. Watch his words to whom it is directed.This has been going on for a long time now.
