God is hidden, therefore, we can misinterpret, distort truth about Him, misrepresent Him, misunderstand His nature, being and purpose. Delusions can happen.
We are open to deceptively-painted pictures of God, unfair theories, unacceptable conclusions, exaggerated truths and manipulated understanding of God.
Though we are required to draw near to God by faith at each crucial step of our calculated personal walk with Him, to know him is to love Him. Knowledge of Him is essential to our knowledgeable walk with Him.
One who chooses to walk with Him must know Him first. In the name of biblical interpretations about Him, heresies have come and gone, leaving behind an irreparable damage to the general faith of genuine believers.
Inborn knowledge in man generally is already ‘muddied water’ that we cannot drain out to drink from. This unfortunate ‘contamination’ of the soul started in the Garden of Eden and still persists till today, so long as the sinful nature is not laid to complete rest voluntarily by us. Provisions have been made to lay it to rest permanently but it still continues to haunt all.
Will we ever see the provision God has given us in Christ our Lord and Savior to be saved from our sinful nature?
