Revelation 18:1-3
After this I saw another angel coming down from heaven. He had great authority, and the earth was illuminated by his splendor. With a mighty voice he shouted: " 'Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great!' She has become a dwelling for demons and a haunt for every evil spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable animal. For all the nations have drunk the maddening wine of her adulteries. The kings of the earth committed adultery with her, and the merchants of the earth grew rich from her excessive luxuries."
Watch it, you are not just dealing with humans but demons, very dangerous demons. These are the last days and the demons want to unleash their final power before they are anihilated altogether. Their match is Jesus Christ our Lord. That is why we were stressing the need over and over again for you to be filled with full formation of Christ's nature in you. When the Devil or the demons see this they shiver. Only He has been invested with the highest authority by the heavenly Father. Everyone in heaven, on earth and even underneath the Earth shiver at the thought of coming against Him. He holds the keys to death and hades now through His death and triumphant resurrection. He triumphed over death and can anyone do that. Only He could put the author of death who is the Devil to shame and eternal disgrace before all angels and humans. He was made a public spectacle, meaning an object of laughingstock and defeat to all the other of God's angels. There is more to come for the Antichrist and the False Prophet which will be the Devil's final straw of power. They will be overthrown by the Lord Jesus Christ soon. Rejoice! again I say, rejoice in advance with full of faith and hope in God our LORD. He will do it! Stand aside and watch what the Lord Jesus Christ does now. He has been waiting for this showdown for a long time now. You will see and hear about it and rejoice. You cannot match these demons when you yourself are obeying the sinful nature of the Devil in you. You need the divine nature of Christ. Stand aside now. You are going to see a great demonstration of His power here. Relax. Just relax. The demons have walked into their own trap that they have set up for others. Just be still and watch what's coming next.
Matthew 8:28-34
When he arrived at the other side in the region of the Gadarenes, two demon-possessed men coming from the tombs met him. They were so violent that no one could pass that way. "What do you want with us, Son of God?" they shouted. "Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?" Some distance from them a large herd of pigs was feeding. The demons begged Jesus, "If you drive us out, send us into the herd of pigs." He said to them, "Go!" So they came out and went into the pigs, and the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the lake and died in the water.Those tending the pigs ran off, went into the town and reported all this, including what had happened to the demon-possessed men. Then the whole town went out to meet Jesus. And when they saw him, they pleaded with him to leave their region.
Do you know everything that comes from the Devil is play-acting material. He masquerades very well and so do the demons who followed him out of heaven. Do you know everything that the Devil does is play-acting because, he and the demons really cannot match Christ our Lord. They are just play-acting before humans. How come the Devil and the demons were just frightening everyone there until Christ appeared on the scene? Do you see the demons begging the Lord Jesus Christ? Why? If you are one who obeys the sinful nature of the Devil in you, you too will be deceived by the play-acting and you will be roped in to be part of the play-acting. That's all they've got left in them and that is play-acting until their final day arrives with the return of Christ to this Earth. The words that come from the Lord Jesus Christ will destroy them forever. He will put an end to all "play-acting" forever.
Revelations 19:17-21
And I saw an angel standing in the sun, who cried in a loud voice to all the birds flying in midair, "Come, gather together for the great supper of God, so that you may eat the flesh of kings, generals, and the mighty, of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, great and small." Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to make war against the rider on the horse and his army. But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed the signs on his behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped his image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur. The rest were killed with the sword coming out of the mouth of the rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh.
