Luke 16:8-10
New International Version 1984 (NIV1984)
“The master commended the dishonest manager because he had acted shrewdly. For the people of this world are more shrewd in dealing with their own kind than are the people of the light. I tell you, use worldly wealth to gain friends for yourselves, so that when it is gone, you will be welcomed into eternal dwellings. “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.
Do you use people around you to get wealth or do you use wealth to get people around you? What has got earthly wealth to do with our eternal dwellings? The one thing you must consider before you answer that question is that; one day that wealth, no matter how much you have will be gone from you. You will no longer own them. What you have left after that is what counts.
Matthew 16:25-27
New International Version 1984 (NIV1984)
For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will find it. What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul? For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what he has done.
Christformation in you is your eternal treasure in heaven. On this earth now, Christformation is formed in jars of clay. The jars of clay will be broken through physical death and judged at the coming of Christ and the coming judgment to see how much Christformation is found in them. It will show how much you have obeyed Christ.
