Matthew 5:38-42
"You have heard that it was said, 'Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.' But I tell you, Do not resist an evil person. If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also. And if someone wants to sue you and take your tunic, let him have your cloak as well. If someone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles. Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.
Do not resist an evil person who insists on his or her way. Allow them to take advantage of your situation, if they 'feel' that they are stronger than you. That might not be the case, somehow they will learn it later. Just continue being kind even to an evil person and God will take care of the rest. An evil person only knows how hard he or she can strike others. They won't know how hard God can strike him or her until he or she faces one him/herself. We have seen some receiving a strike from God when they think that they have become invincible or too powerful for others. We have witnessed them to be shaken to the core later. If they force you to do things and impose too much on you, just be patient for God to act at the right time. He will act at the right time. The one who will be paying the heavier price later will be the blackmailer, who goes around thinking he or she is too powerful. God has His exact time and hour for such people! Just be patient! Wait for Him to act against them.
2 Corinthians 11:19-21
You gladly put up with fools since you are so wise! In fact, you even put up with anyone who enslaves you or exploits you or takes advantage of you or pushes himself forward or slaps you in the face. To my shame I admit that we were too weak for that! What anyone else dares to boast about--I am speaking as a fool--I also dare to boast about.
