Joel 3:13-14
Swing the sickle, for the harvest is ripe. Come, trample the grapes, for the winepress is full and the vats overflow-- so great is their wickedness!" Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.
Many more are in the valley of decision now than ever. The more you oppose God and his works on Earth, the more will be the people who will move into the valley of decision, waiting eagerly to make that decision of their lives to listen and follow the voice of the Shepherd to where there are greener pastures for eternity. Sheep survive by feeding on greener pastures. What do they get by feeding on dry and dead grass. They had enough of feeding from the sinful nature of the Devil in them. They had enough of lies and deception. They had enough of the evil 'shepherds' who keep pointing them to obey the sinful nature of the Devil within them. The more you point them to obey the sinful nature of the Devil within them, all the more they will rebel and seek the divine nature of Christ to be formed in them. They are tired of feeding from the sinful nature of the Devil within them. There are many waiting to make that crucial decision on the sidelines. Many more than what you and I could imagine. The reason they are in the "valley" is because they had been held captive to obey the sinful nature of the Devil within them. Now they are ever ready to make that decision to be freed from the grips of the sinful nature of the Devil within them. Their eternal Shepherd is before them to lead them to eternal life which is also full formation of the divine nature of Christ in their born again spirit. They could hear His voice gently calling out to them to follow Him into eternity. I don't think, they will ignore Him anymore. Living to obey the sinful nature of the Devil is self-destructive they have learnt it fully now. They are ever ready to follow their Shepherd. They are not afraid to follow Him anymore. For the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.
John 10:14-16
"I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me-- just as the Father knows me and I know the Father--and I lay down my life for the sheep. I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd.
