Revelation 22:16-17
"I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star." The Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life.
Without this water of life, it will be like a fish out of the water just as in the picture above, without life in it. You need this same water of life that the Lord Jesus Christ offered to the Samaritan woman. She had had a bad past, she knew it and the Lord knew it without she revealing it to Him. It was His first encounter with this woman. She wasn't from the same country as His. They grew up differently and yet the Lord Jesus Christ humbled Himself before this despised woman in society. He said to her, "don't worry about your bad past which you don't even want to talk about it. Come, take the free gift of the water of life from me". This means that He was talking about His divine nature that could be formed deep within her born again spirit (her belly) that will flow out from her as the testimony of Jesus only if she believed and accepted Him as her personal Lord and Savior. The divine nature of Christ that is formed in your born again spirit is the testimony of Jesus in you. Without this water of life forming a well within you, you will be like a fish out of the water, empty of eternal life and waiting to be destroyed. Come! Whoever is thirsty, let him come and whoever wishes let him take the free gift of the water of life. If you are thirsty for the divine nature of Christ to be formed in you, "Come", otherwise don't come. Do not come to him for any other reasons. If you do not want to put to death the sinful nature of the Devil in you, do not come to Him. The very reason He came to this Earth is take to "take away your sins". If you do not want Him to take away your sins from you, do not come to Him. That will show to everyone that you enjoy sinning and obeying the passions, urges and evil desires of the sinful nature of the Devil in you. Do not come and make a mess of things here. Stay where you are and continue sinning until you realize the eternal consequences of living in sin. If you are truly thirsty for the divine nature of Christ to be formed in your born again spirit, only then you will obey everything He has commanded you.
Matthew 5:6
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.
