Amos 8:4-6
Hear this, you who trample the needy and do away with the poor of the land, saying, "When will the New Moon be over that we may sell grain, and the Sabbath be ended that we may market wheat?"-- skimping the measure, boosting the price and cheating with dishonest scales, buying the poor with silver and the needy for a pair of sandals, selling even the sweepings with the wheat.
Many think that their 'maths' is doing everyone good. It isn't! It's creating all the mess around us. It's part of the disillusionment. They are full of wrong-equations. Everything is always going hay-wire with 'maths'. Manipulating the situation with wrong-equations. Who has the right maths? Only God through His Christ! Christ's 'maths' has honesty with it and all others don't. Manipulating with wrong-equations is cheating. Cheating comes from the sinful nature of the Devil in you. The sinful nature of the Devil does not come with honesty in it. Far from it! Whom are you trying to cheat? This has been going on from the start (from day one) and it will still continue till the end. Greed always produces wrong-equations. You can't hide your greed, it will show-up some how, later. If you know 'maths', you are supposed to be smarter than others, right? Wrong! Because, you always gave wrong-equations. Wrong-equations means cheating. Cheating means dishonesty. That's why this 'maths-mess'. It seems difficult to rectify it now, right? No, Christ our Lord will rectify all. He is all in all. He knows it all. Therefore, do not despair. His time has finally come to rectify everything. Greed will come to a drastic end, this for sure! Wide is the road that leads to this. Many (the majority) travel on it. The gates, the walls are broad and long that protect it. But, they will all come crushing down soon.
Matthew 7:13-14
"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.
