Judges 7:18
When I and all who are with me blow our trumpets, then from all around the camp blow yours and shout, 'For the LORD and for Gideon.' "
Please start reading from Judges 7:13-25. Understand fully what is being said there first and you'll understand what is about to be written here. Follow the Shepherd's voice. Follow what He is saying now.
Gideon is an Old Testament type of the Lord Jesus Christ as in the passage above. Watch Him closely and that's the message here. It won't take much, just watch what He does and do exactly the same. Listen to Him carefully and pay close attention to His instructions. Do as He says. Do not walk in your own will. Seek His will in all that you do. Fix your eyes on Him completely. He is the author and the perfecter of our faith in God. He will perfect all our ways. Run the race with perseverance till the end. Do not give up. Be steadfast. Be strong and courageous.
Do not fear what the world fears. Do not think as the world thinks. Let obedience to Christ transform your mind completely into the mind of Christ. Be led by the Spirit of the LORD towards full obedience to Christ our Lord and Shepherd. God the Holy Spirit will bring into remembrance everything the Lord Jesus Christ had said while He was on Earth. He will also reveal what God is saying about you now. He will bring all of Christ's riches to you and fill your born again spirit with it. Full Christformation will occur in you. This is God the Father's eternal will for you. He will never fail you, nor forsake you. He does not shift or change in His promises. He keeps all His promises. He is the Good Shepherd. There is none else besides Him in whom we could trust forever and ever. Christ our Lord will lead us to the heavenly Father ultimately.
Hebrews 13:8
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.
